Deep reds, golds, purples, copper and russets as far as the eye can see offer a visual feast and make October a special time to visit Scotland. Our holiday includes visits to Glamis Castle and its stunning gardens, the Famous Grouse Whisky Distillery and a visit to the Enchanted Forest, set in stunning woodland close to Pitlochry the forest sits as an amazing natural backdrop for this light show which is quite simply out of this World

Day One
We head North into Scotland taking in some beautiful scenery as we go, we arrive at our hotel with time to settle in before dinner.
EMDay Two
We visit one of Scotland's most picturesque countryside views and Queen Victoria's favourite - Queens View at the head of Loch Tummel, from here we travel lochside enjoying the purple clad hillsides and rustic Autumn leaves. We travel through Aberfeldy and Kenmore and continue with the Autumnal views as we pass Loch Tay, Killin and Loch Earn to arrive at the spiritual home of the Famous Grouse & Glenturret Distillery -Scotland's oldest and most visited. Here we enjoy a tour and tasting.
B, EMDay Three
We make the short journey to the Queen Mothers childhood home - Glamis Castle. The Castle itself is a place to admire, with stunning architecture and a proud long standing history with myths and legends. The grounds this time of year come alive with Autumnal colour with various trails to explore. We enjoy an early dinner this evening before heading off to the Enchanted Forest - Suitable footwear for walking along the lit footpaths will be required as you explore natures forces of Earth, Wind and Fire, with dazzling visuals and innovative design against the backdrop of the Woodland
B, EMDay Four
Enjoy a leisurely morning around the hotel, this afternoon we will head out to Dundee on the banks of the River Tay, entrance to the V&A Museum is included along with free time to explore

Leaving after breakfast we return back to the North West for approx. 4.30pm
